By visiting guerlyn.com or placing an order you agree to these Terms, and to our Privacy, Shipping and Refund policies.
The store
Guerlyn sells fine everyday jewellery — rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, cufflinks, brooches and pet tags — in rose gold, gold and silver plating over hypoallergenic brass or demi-fine silver, with an anti-tarnish coat. Selected pieces carry IGI or SGL certified stones. The store is hosted by Shopify.
You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy. Parents may order kids’ pieces and pet tags.
Prices and payment
Prices are in INR and include GST. An order is an offer; we accept it when we send the confirmation mail. We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, a price was listed in obvious error, payment fails, or we suspect fraud. Promo codes follow their own rules and usually cannot be combined.
Customiser
Please check spelling, date format and plating on the live preview before you pay. Once making has started, a custom piece cannot be returned for a change of mind. We may refuse text that is unlawful or that we believe infringes someone else’s rights.
Product photos
We photograph pieces as honestly as we can. Plating colour can look different on your screen. Weights and dimensions on a product page are approximate.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery follows the Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges and warranty follow the Refund Policy (15-day easy returns on unused, non-custom pieces).
Accounts and reviews
Keep your password to yourself. If you post a review or photo, you give Guerlyn permission to use it on the site and on our social channels. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive.
Intellectual property
The Guerlyn name, logo, photographs, customiser and jewellery designs belong to us. Buying a piece does not buy the design rights.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site — no scraping, no malware, no harvesting other customers’ data, and no using the customiser to generate content we would not sell.
Liability
To the extent Indian law allows, Guerlyn is not liable for indirect loss (for example a gift arriving after an event). For a product claim our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that product, except where the law does not let us limit it.
Keep jewellery and packaging away from infants. Pet tags are accessories, not veterinary devices.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
