  • Support information — emails, form messages and any photos you send for a return or warranty claim.

  • To confirm, make, pack and ship your order (including custom / engraved pieces).

  • To send offers and new-drop emails if you have not unsubscribed.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to run the store:

  • Shopify — to host guerlyn.com and run checkout.

  • Payment partners — to collect payment and issue refunds.

  • Courier partners — name, phone and address for delivery or pickup.

  • Our making / engraving workshop — only the name, date or finish needed to make your piece.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies keep you logged in, remember your cart and customiser choices, and help us see which pages work. You can block cookies in your browser. Essential cookies are required for checkout.

Children

We sell kids’ jewellery and pet tags, but the website is for adults. You must be 18+ to place an order. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Write to us if you think a child has shared information and we will delete it.
