Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship across India to pin codes our courier partners service. We do not offer international checkout on guerlyn.com right now. If you want a piece sent abroad, write to guerlyn.official@gmail.com before you order — you would bear the shipping cost.

Shipping charges

  • Orders of ₹999 and above (after discounts): free shipping within India.

  • Orders below ₹999: shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • Prices on the site are in INR and include GST.

  • We do not offer free shipping on international shipments.

Packaging

Every order leaves in Guerlyn velvet packaging, inside a protective carton, and is insured while it is with the courier.

Processing time

  • Ready pieces: usually packed within 48 hours of payment (1–3 working days at busy times).

  • Personalised / engraved / customiser pieces: usually 3–7 working days in the workshop, then handed to the courier.

  • If your bag has both ready and custom pieces, the order may ship in parts. The ready pieces go first.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery time

Once the parcel is with the courier:

  • Metro and large cities — 2–5 working days

  • Other serviceable pin codes — 4–8 working days

  • Remote, hill or island pins — 7–12 working days, or the pin may be unserviceable

Use the Estimated Delivery checker on the product page before you pay. A specific-day delivery is on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will get tracking on email (and SMS / WhatsApp where we have a number) once the order ships. If tracking has not moved for 72 hours after an expected scan, write to us with the order number.

Address changes

We can change the address if the order has not left the studio. Once it has shipped, please take delivery at the original address. If that is not possible we will call the parcel back and send a fresh one — extra shipping may apply.

Failed delivery

Please share a complete address, landmark and a phone that is reachable. If every attempt fails and the parcel comes back to us, re-shipping may be chargeable even if the original order had free shipping.
